TRM undertakes with the Holder to protect their Personal Data in the terms of the Personal Data Law and this Notice and, therefore, except for the Authorized Transfers of the following paragraph a not transfer to any Third Party (as defined in section XVI of article 3 of the Personal Data Law, on the understanding that employees, shareholders, directors, managers, proxies, advisors and other representatives of TRM) the Personal Data of the Holder [including Financial Data and Sensitive Data without the prior consent of the Holder. In addition, TRM undertakes that in the Treatment of Personal Data of the Holder it will observe the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility.

PURPOSE OF TREATMENT

TRM may request and/or collect through the Site and Other Means, Personal Data of the Owner with the primary purpose of being able to comply with the requests or legal or contractual obligations that, if applicable, link it to the Owner, or , when requested by competent authorities (hereinafter "Treatment"). • Pay attention to post-sale requests made by the Holder

    -SECONDARY PURPOSES 

• In addition to the primary purposes mentioned above, TRM will use the Holder's Personal Data for secondary purposes that, although not essential for carrying out the operation, will allow TRM, in general, to improve its services and, in particular, to provide better customer service. In this sense, the Owner agrees that TRM processes their Personal Data for the following secondary purposes: 

• Request the Holder's evaluation and feedback on the Unit, the Operation and, in general, on the service and products offered by TRM.

• Send the Holder promotions and advertising of new products and services that may be of interest to him.

DATA  PERSONAL  SENSITIVE.  

In accordance with current Mexican legislation, "Sensitive Personal Data" is known as "those that may reveal aspects such as racial or ethnic origin, present and future health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical and/or moral beliefs, union affiliation , political opinions, sexual preference”. In the event that TRM requires Sensitive Personal Data from the Owner, the latter expressly authorizes TRM to Process Sensitive Personal Data solely for the purposes indicated in the following point and, consequently, any transfer of Sensitive Data, other than AUTHORIZED TRANSFERS must be previously authorized in writing by the Holder.

ARCO RIGHTS

In compliance with section IV of article 16 of the Personal Data Law, TRM informs the Owner that, with respect to the Treatment of their Personal Data, the Owner has the rights indicated below

A - ACCESS
The owner of the personal data has the right to request and obtain free information on their personal data subjected to treatment by the person in charge of the repository in which the origin of said data is found, as well as the communications made or planned to be made with them. .

R - RECTIFICATION
The owner of the personal data has the right to request and obtain, free of charge, the rectification of their inaccurate or incomplete personal data submitted to treatment by the person responsible for said data.

C - CANCELLATION
The owner has the right to request and obtain free of charge the cancellation of their personal data when their treatment does not comply with the provisions of the LFPDPPP, or they are no longer necessary or relevant for the purpose for which they were collected or registered. by the person in charge of the database.

Those in charge who receive the information related to the Personal Data of the Holder are obliged to comply with the provisions of this Privacy Notice, as well as with the Terms and Conditions of the Site and the applicable legislation in Mexico. In the event that TRM transfers Personal Data to third parties, except for your opposition to this clause, TRM will understand by virtue of this clause that it has your consent for said transfer in terms of law.

TRM has physical, technical and administrative security measures for the protection of the Personal Data that the Holder deals with. Notwithstanding what is stated in the Consent section, TRM will take the actions, measures and special provisions that it deems necessary, in order to safeguard the right to protection of Personal Data of minors and incapable persons. EXCLUSIÓN  DE  RESPONSABILIDAD  DEL  SITIO.

The Site may contain hyperlinks or hypertext "links", banners, buttons and/or search tools on the "World Wide Web" that, when used by the Owner, transport to other portals or Internet sites that may be owned by third parties. The Personal Data that the Holder may provide through these portals or Internet sites are not covered by this Privacy Notice and their Treatment is not the responsibility of TRM. We recommend the Holder to verify the Privacy Notices displayed and applicable to these portals and Internet sites. The Owner may find within the Site, pages, promotions, microsites, virtual stores, surveys, job boards and other services that may be shared with third parties and that may request your Personal Data (hereinafter "Third Party Sites"). Any information related to the Personal Data that is provided through the Third Party Sites will be subject to the respective privacy notices that are contained in each of them, unless TRM indicates otherwise. TRM warns its Owner that some Site services may include, but are not limited to, discussion forums, personal Internet pages, classified ads, emails, chat rooms, among others. Therefore, the Personal Data that is disclosed through such means could in some cases be accessible by third parties.
